Everyone talks about how broken Rachel is. About how destroyed and devastated Quinn and Puck and Santana are. And they are, don’t get me wrong.
But what about Finn Hudson? The one who was lied to about being a father, the one who had a girl strangling him for a relationship, the one who realized too late he was in love with someone he couldn’t have? The boy that makes mistakes and isn’t perfect and is detested for because of those mistakes? What about him? He’s been cheated on twice, with two different girlfriends, and he thinks it’s his fault when in reality, it isn’t. Finn Hudson is a good boy. He tries to fix things. He doesn’t always say the right thing. He doesn’t always have the charm and dapperness that Blaine has. He isn’t super smart like Artie is. He can’t dance like Brittany and Mike can. He’s not like any of the other Glee members we know and love. He’s Finn. You don’t need to adore Finn Hudson. But you don’t need to hate him. He’s been through a lot in two years. Teenagers make mistakes. Finn will not be perfect. He is the closest thing to a realistic character that Glee has made.
And I, for one, love him.
the day when Finn Hudson looked for a fuck to give but he couldn’t find any.
